2009 will be Amaury Nunes’ first professional season as he joins the 2008 Regular Season Champions. Amaury played his 2008 season with the Fresno Fuego of the USL’s Premier Development League. Although Amaury’s season was shortened by injury, the Brazilian midfielder/forward notched 8 goals and 2 assists in only 8 games played.

Amaury also enjoyed a very successful season in 2005 at Fresno Pacific University where he scored a remarkable 17 goals in just 16 games played for the Sunbirds. His stats earned him Honorable Mention on the NAIA All-American Team.
