Erik Lefebvre will begin his rookie season in the USL-2 with the Charlotte Eagles in 2009.

Lefebvre from Ottawa, is coming off of a year which saw him post a 0.94 goals against average, make 98 saves and seven shutouts in 18 games. This duty earned him an All-American honourable mention.  

Lefebvre, who played his soccer with Houghton College, was an All-AMC North Division first team member and freshman of the year in 2005, as well as NAIA All-American second team and All-AMC North Division first team member in 2006.  Lefebvre has also enjoyed success at the club level, playing with the Fury PDL squad in 2007 and leading the Ottawa Royals Men’s Premier team to an Ontario Cup Championship in 2004.  He can also draw upon previous experience with the Ottawa Wizards of the Canadian Soccer League (CSL) and ESTAC Football Club of Troyes, France.
