Chad joins the Eagles for his second season with the team. Smith is a hard nosed defender who likes to get forward in the attack, and is known for his unrelentless work ethic. A graduate of Midwestern State University, Smith also has experience in the MLS reserves with the Houston Dynamo and FC Dallas.
