The Charlotte Lady Eagles is a women's elite soccer team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team is operated by a non-profit mission organization, Missionary Athletes International. The Lady Eagles find it’s rich history and foundation in 16 years of competition and ministry in the USL W-League. The 2016 season brings about slight change in structure with the discontinuation of the W-League but the heartbeat of the team remains. This team is about training young women to use the platform of soccer to bring transformation to their teams and communities through living out and sharing the Gospel. In addition to top level soccer training; Lady Eagles players help run local soccer camps for kids during the summer and participate in overseas outreach trips serving in countries like: Australia, Colombia, Chile, Germany, Brazil, Russia, Thailand and Ethiopia.
The Lady Eagles strive to compete at the highest level possible on the field; while utilizing the unique environment a soccer team creates for players to deepen their understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ while practically growing and living it out. Our mission and goal is for God to impact and train each player on our team to be equipped to serve God and love people wherever they head next.

"We love for our players to play at a high level during the summer. The Charlotte Lady Eagles have been a great option for some of our players over the years. They have a great training and playing environment that is designed to have our girls ready for the preseason!!"

"The Charlotte Lady Eagles have been a great environment for our girls to train and play at a high level during the summer. Their games are against top level competition and the training is designed in a progression knowing they are coming back straight into our preseason."
