Tryout Registration Form

Tryout Dates:	March 13, 2010 at 8:30 AM
Tryout Location:	Charlotte Latin School
Itinerary:	8:30-11:00 AM  I Session  11:00-1:00 PM  Lunch, Informational Meeting                           (Lunch will be provided)  1:00-3:30 PM    II Session
What to Bring:	T-shirts (white and dark)         Soccer cleats and Indoor flats (in case of bad weather)
Hotel Information:	The Charlotte Lady Eagles will NOT be providing hotel accomodations.  Please make your own hotel reservations.

  Inclement Weather:  

In case of inclement weather, the tryouts may need to be changed in terms of location and time. Be sure to notify the team if you are intending to be at the tryouts, and maintain contact in the days leading up to the tryouts to be aware of any last minute changes to the schedule and time frame.

The Charlotte Lady Eagles are accepting applications for the 2010 season.  Complete information regarding tryouts will be posted on this website later this year.  If you are interested in participating in the 2010 season, please complete the registration form (top of page) and fax or e-mail it to the Lady Eagles office (e-mail Jeremy Auyer at jauyer@charlotteeagles.com or fax 704-841-8652).
