Jeremy Auyer - General Manager
Jeremy Auyer is entering his first season with the Lady Eagles soccer team. His first experience with the Eagles came during the 2007 season as an intern. Jeremy was a recent graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio where he received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration and Bible. Jeremy was involved with the Cedarville men’s soccer program as both a player and assistant coach. Jeremy and his wife Caitlin have moved to Charlotte from Syracuse, New York with their dog Charlie.
Lee Horton - Head Coach
As the only head coach in the history of the Lady Eagles, Coach Horton has been a model of consistency through the last nine seasons. With an overall record of 102 wins, 28 losses and 7 ties, Coach Horton has maintained a steady hand of leadership in guiding the team to eight playoff appearances including 1 W-League championship (2001), 2 championship game defeats (2000 and 2002), as well as Conference championships (2000, 2001, 2002, 2006). Coach Horton is a member of the North Carolina Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame and has been the head boys and girls soccer coach at Charlotte Latin School for over twenty years winning 11 NC State Championships during that time. He currently lives in Charlotte with his wiffe Mercedes and has two children, Josh and Kristin.
Tiffany Rice - Assistant Coach
As one of the original members of the very first Charlotte Lady Eagles team in 2000, Tiffany (Tisdale) Rice has a long and storied history with the club. After her six year playing career came to a close, Tiffany transitioned seamlessly from the role of team captain into the role of assistant coach where she continues to provide invaluable leadership and understanding of the game. Tiffany played for Coach Horton at Charlotte Latin while in high school, prior to attending and playing her collegiate soccer at Ohio State University. She now lives in Charlotte with her husband Will and their son Caden.

Shannon O’Brien - Assistant Coach
Shannon currently serves as the Goalkeeper coach for the Lady Eagles. She has been involved with the team as a player since 2002 and has recently transitioned into the role of goalkeeper coach. Her playing career spanned five seasons and proved to be an extremely valuable part of many exciting wins over the years. Shannon played collegiately at the University of Arizona and now lives in Charlotte with her husband Kevin and their daughter Keeley.
