The Charlotte Eagles Residency Program is an immersive team learning environment designed to equip and empower leaders to glorify God and see lives transformed through the global environment of soccer.

Our commitment over 12 months is to guide residents towards increasing their vision, knowledge, and ability in ministry. We hope that this year will be a time for you to make friends, develop greater intimacy with the Lord, and experience full-time sports ministry with the Charlotte Eagles.

We believe a mentor modeling life in ministry increases vision for the resident.

In the residency, you will be working within the Charlotte Eagles, alongside fellow residents and staff, who will model and train you in ministry, discipleship capabilities, and sports ministry principles/best practices.
