CHARLOTTE EAGLES
Summer Ministry
The Charlotte Eagles Summer Ministry welcomes 150+ high school and college-aged soccer players across two men’s teams and two women’s teams who compete in elite, competitive soccer environments.
The Summer Ministry teams are an integral way in which we live out our life-transforming mission: to introduce people to Jesus Christ, to teach them to follow Him, and to empower them as leaders through the global game of soccer.
There are four pillars of the Charlotte Eagles Summer Ministry that help us achieve this ultimate goal: Spiritual Growth, Authentic Community, Leadership Launching, and Excellence in Soccer.
PILLAR ONE:
SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Through intentional discipleship, Eagles players learn what it means to grow deeper in relationship with Christ while competing in a competitive soccer environment.

AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY
The Charlotte Eagles intentionally cultivate an authentic community, surrounding our players with support that encourages them to grow as both a soccer player and a follower of Christ.

Every summer, we witness our Summer Ministry players grow into leaders, using the gifts they've been blessed with to teach kids in the Charlotte Community about Jesus Christ and the sport they love!

EXCELLENCE IN SOCCER
Our players live in a unique tension — pursuing wins, trophies, and competitive excellence, while even more importantly pursuing the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Their drive to compete becomes a platform to share Christ and reflect His character on and off the field.
