Everything you need to know to prepare your player for a great week at Charlotte Eagles Soccer Camp.
Camp Details
What To Wear
Players should arrive ready to play in athletic attire that is weather-appropriate.
Required:
Soccer socks with shin guards
Cleats (if available)
Please note: No open-toed shoes or bare feet are permitted at camp.
Athletic shoes
What To Bring
To help your child stay safe and energized, please send them with:
Sunscreen
Apply sunscreen before arrival and send it with your child. We will help remind campers to re-apply it throughout the day.
Refillable water bottle
We have refill stations onsite. Hydration is extremely important, and water breaks are built into each day.
Snack
Pack your player their own snack!

Snack Shack
Snack Time will be at ~10:30am each day. During this time, A snack shack will be open for campers to purchase:
- Snow Cones will be available for purchase on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Chips, candy, or Gatorade
- Money can be added to your camper’s “account” at the beginning of the week during registration
Note:
- If you prefer your child not purchase snacks, we recommend packing a snack from home.
- Snack Shack will not have as much variety as in years past due to the shortened camp day schedule!
THEME DAYS
“Theme Days are a huge part of our camp culture! As staff, we love to be decked out to the max, but we realize that some campers are not comfortable with that. So, we HIGHLY encourage participation, but it is not required.”

Wednesday

Which World Cup Country will have the Wackiest Fan?
Thursday
Jerseyday Thursday!
Wear your best “World Cup Themed” Jersey! Or whatever you got at home!
Friday
Wear your World Cup team’s color! Your coach will help your team decide what color on Thursday
Team Spirit Day!

Arrival Information
Camp begins each morning at 9:00 AM — “Start by 9, feelin’ fine!”
Monday Arrival: Parents must sign their camper in under the Eagles Tent & pick up your Eagles t-shirt
After Monday, morning sign-in is not required
Your child will be connected with their coach shortly after drop-off.
Dismissal Information
When you hear our famous “Eagles Cheer”, you know its time to pick up your campers!
Pick-up begins at 12:00 PM (noon), Mon–Fri
Important:
Parents, you must “check-out: with your campers coach before leaving
If your camper needs to leave early or will be carpooling with someone else, our staff needs to know at the start of the day.
